Let the police investigate first, and if they are dissatisfied with the outcome, then perhaps an independent inquiry could be held,' he said in a posting on his blog." (pic sourced and text quoted from Malaysiakini.com)
Is it me or is there really something with Malaysian politicians? I mean, come on, someone is found dead on the roof of your house after being a guest of yours for a good dozen of hours before that and you expect people to believe you've got not even a nose-shit's scrape to do with it?! It is really unbelievable that the person uttering this baseless, mindless and spineless advise is the same person that has helmed the Selangor state government for the past eight years or so. It makes the upper leadership of the country that endorsed his leadership of the state unbelievable; it makes the Selangor opposition excos that elected him as the Opposition Leader of the Selangor state assembly unbelievable; and it makes the party that accepted him as a member and provided him with such smooth political career path the most unbelievable of all unbelievables. I would go as far as to say that, the level of unbelievable-ness that Khir Toyo carries with him or excudes when he opens his mouth in front of the media is so absurd, it makes the barely-two-year-old, somewhat-mediocre Selangor state government seem so credible, accountable and transparent. What a lucky-ass Khalid Ibrahim is. Lim Guan Eng must be cursing Anwar's friggin' rear for putting him in charge of Penang rather than Selangor. Not owning a Lexus and probably never eaten any beef his whole life from his hardcore Cinapek looks, Guan Eng's presence alone would render Khir's first smartass "cows-and-car" move against Pakatan Rakyat untenable.
" 'Let this tragedy be a lesson to all of us. Do not politicise MACC investigations to the point that it creates the impression that the commission is acting on the behest of a certain political party,' he said, adding that MACC treats everyone the same.
'I hope Pakatan assemblypersons and excos are willing to be investigated and not blame MACC or use the media to garner sympathy.
If they are upset, frustrated and hurt for being investigated, the same is felt by Barisan Nasional leaders who have to undergo the same procedure because of reports made by them (Pakatan),' he said." (pic sourced and text quoted from Malaysiakini.com)
Halo brader, tak tau bace ke? Those goons (one of them in pic) are upset, frustrated and hurt because someone friggin' DIED within the premises of the MACC a day before his wedding la. I know it's a lot of fuss renovating a supposedly RM24m mansion, but it's no excuse not to read the news, and to read it carefully and understand it correctly at that, okay?
